the flan mold also came with a recipe! pretty sure i won't be making flan anytime soon, but you can bet i'll find something fun to make in it!

my husband and i have always loved items from the 60's and 70's, but since we've started watching 'mad men' we've fallen even more in love with them.
i found this phone this morning and about died! not only is it in perfect condition, but it actually works!
i'm in love!

flats!
i saw these cute flats back when i was pregnant and i LOVED them. however, they were a little tight and had some black scuff marks on them so i passed.
well, basically they haunted me for days and i decided i had to go back and snatch them up!
i got on the internet and found that a q-tip dipped in nail polish remover gets rid of scuff marks, and by-golly it did! AND i forgot how much your feet swell when you're pregnant and since i've had my baby they fit perfectly!
yellow patent leather peep-toe flats: $3
